Psalm 145:11 "They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power"
Psalm 145:12 "To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts and the glorious majesty of Your kingdom"
-------------------------------
We are not only exhorted to praise and bless the Lord but we are also required to evangelize and make known the glory and majesty of God's kingdom to others!
The psalmist is asking us to speak/talk of the glory of God's kingdom. To talk is "dabar" which is to speak with one another. However we are not just to talk to one another but we are also to talk to others about God's kingdom which is glorious and majestic.
God's kingdom is a spiritual kingdom where He has:
(i) royal power
(ii) supreme reign
(iii) supreme rule
(iv) sovereign power
(v) absolute dominion
If we don't speak or we don't talk, then who will speak and who will talk on God's behalf?
The "sons of men" refers to a member of a group, a nation, youths, young people, children. In other words it refers to people!
Can God's kingdom exist in men's kingdom? Yes of course! Not only exist BUT TO REIGN SUPREME!
Each time we make a stand for truth and righteousness, each time we preach the gospel to others, each time we share our testimonies - God's kingdom is being extended, God's kingdom is being made known to the sons of men!
